Today, I bring to your table a dish that's close to my heart – a vegan twist on the classic Asian Beef with Broccoli. It's a recipe that celebrates the joy of plant-based eating, all while keeping the soul of the original dish alive.

Back in my travel kitchen, I experimented with vegan beef alternatives and discovered that vegan oyster sauce maintains the authenticity of the dish while keeping it plant-based. After multiple attempts, I achieved success.
I recall sitting on a Hanoi balcony, tasting the final result—the rich, savory sauce coating the succulent vegan beef, the broccoli providing a fresh, crisp counterpoint.

Quick Vegan Beef & Broccoli (Crock Pot Magic)
Skinny Crock Pot – Vegan Asian Beef with Broccoli
👩🍳Instructions
Place vegan beef strips in crock pot
Pour vegetable consommé and vegan oyster sauce over beef
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours (or high for 3 hours)
Mix cornstarch with water until smooth; stir into beef to thicken sauce
Add broccoli florets
Continue cooking on high for 15 minutes until combined
