  • 1 lb Vegan ground meat alternative
  • 28 Oz Crushed tomatoes
  • 15 Oz Tomato Sauce
  • 6 Oz Tomato Paste
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • ½ tbsp Dried Oregano
  • ½ tbsp Dried Basil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Sauté the Rainbow: In a large pot, warm the olive oil over medium-high heat until it sings. Add the carrots, bell peppers, and onion, cooking them for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften and share their colors and aromas.
  • Plant-Based Transformation: Stir in the vegan ground meat alternative, cooking until it’s browned and mingling happily with the veggies.
